HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER THE TREATMENT?

Generally, reflexology doesn’t cause any side effects and the client feels relaxed and calm after their treatment.  Occasionally you may feel more tired or a little light-headed due to feeling relaxed. Some people say their feet feel tender afterwards, others can have an emotional response or need to pass urine more often. Many report feeling very relaxed, that they sleep better and notice a feeling of improved mood and well being. This will help keep the body in balance and aid the body's own natural healing process. It’s important to keep hydrated.

Please allow an extra 20 minutes for your pre-treatment consultation and your post-treatment aftercare. You will be reclined in my reflexology chair.
